Easter 2009

Happy Easter! Our little family is doing great and looking forward to a down day for the end of Spring Break! We decided to make a quick trip up to Montana to see Josh's parents and got to spend a few days with them, then we dashed back down to Salt Lake for the Schmidt Family Easter Party, and then I had to prepare a talk for Sacrament Meeting today! Whew! I'm looking forward to a down day!

Also in all of that mess I was offered a new position at my work which I had to reply to by Wednesday! I've been working at Macey's for the past 6 months to help us pay down some debt. I committed for 6 months and then thought we would go from there. I was loving it so much that I though I would never leave but they changed the store director and although our new store director is wonderful he isn't Master Chin...so the pull to stay wasn't strong enough. Anyway I turned in my two week notice and the new store director called and asked if I would stay and do Events for them. They decided to take my boss's job and split it in two and they hoped I would take the lead in the events! Wow, right! It was tempting because I love the people that I work with and I LOVE doing events. But I just couldn't do it! My kids are growing up so fast and I don't want to miss one minute of it! Maybe in a few years when B is in school full time! By then I'm hoping Anna will want to start an Events business with me! Teehee!!!!

The Easter Party was Great! So much fun to have almost all the grand kids together dying eggs, planting pumpkins for the Halloween party in October, and lots of other stuff! The Logan cousins were greatly missed but we hope to see them at our next party! Be sure to check out the slide show of the Easter party!
