Hooray, it is finally over! We have seriously been working toward this party since January and now it is over! Sigh!
We were so lucky to get the look alikes that we did because they went all out! I called Bella on Monday to let her know she and her boyfriend Edward had won and she was so excited she decided to MAKE the prom dress for the party so they could be as authentic as possible! Then they called their friends and said "Hey this is what we are doing do you want to dress up and come too"!!!!! So not only did we get a boyfriend and girlfriend to be Edward and Bella but we also got Alice & Jasper (engaged! Sorry girls!), Rosalie, James, and a member of the Volturi! As if that wasn't the coolest thing ever they called and asked if they could stage some fights between the Cullen's and the Volturi or the Cullen's and James! At the end of the night they broke out into a fight and while Edward and Rosalie (true to the movie) distracted James and led him away from Bella....Alice and Jasper whisked Bella out of the store to safety! They were great!
All in all it was a hugely successful party! We had a great time, we sold out of lots of things, and most importantly it was FUN! Which is more than I can say for those who chose to wait in a long line with 2,000 other fans waiting for a glimpse of someone from the movie...to find out it wasn't Robert but Victoria! Should have come dance the night away at Macey's your Family Friendly grocery store!
